How does Strength and Dignity support women?
We love to make women feel beautiful and confident outwardly, but we also want to focus on the inward heart. Firstly, in 2025, we were able to not only provide things like Christmas gifts for low income families around our area, but also bigger impact items around the nation/world like:
- small business loans for a woman
- a share of a sewing machine and training
- career training for women
- education for girls
- hope for sexually exploited girls
- share of a home for a mother and her children
- clean and safe births
- lifesaving healthcare
- a goat for a woman
- 10 chickens for a woman
- heating homes in the U.S.
- poverty in America
We don't plan to stop there. We believe we are blessed to bless others. As a woman owned company, we specifically love being able to support fellow women to live out their dreams and feel safe doing so. This is what we were mentioning in our about us page: we want to help women feel confident & cared for, not only in their clothing, but also in their day to day life.
Secondly, we also would love for you to contact us via email on our contact page with any prayer requests or testimonies you'd like to share. We love to support others with tangible items, but also believe in the power of prayer! Our Instagram also plans to do Bible studies and encouraging verses weekly. What is your return/exchange policy?
In the event you need to return an item, all purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if postmarked within 5 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. Some items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Your packing slip will say as well as the website will mention if it is final sale. All items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags still attached. We have the right to deny the return and keep the item without providing a refund if we notice damages/if the tags are missing. The store credit will be calculated for items purchased and does not include amount paid for shipping and handling. If returning, send an email to us through the contact page so we can send instructions, which would include: how to buy a shipping label, a reminder to include the original packing slip so we know who it's from, and a provided address to which the return should be sent.
If we make a shipping error and accidentally ship a wrong item please email us via the contact us page. This will not be on the customer, but we will do everything we can to provide the correct item or a refund.
We don't offer exchanges. Orders are unable to be cancelled once the order is placed.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Sale items are considered anything with a discount of 25% or more.
All jewelry, hats, & other accessories are non refundable for hygiene reasons.
DAMAGED ITEMS must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us through the contact page and forward photos of any damage.
**Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
How does shipping work?
We work directly with Shopify for shipping. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.
VERY IMPORTANT!!! Make sure to double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, there are charges to reship. We will email you upon receipt and you will need to purchase our $7.99 reshipment label along with providing an updated address.
**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We normally use USPS. You can contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
