First, he taught me love in Uganda, when a little girl named Kebetso held my hand. Then, he taught me patience, when I taught over 120 high school students. 'Nuff said. Then, he taught me my life was not my own. My aspirations were nothing if not for others. No longer trapped by the world's expectations and standards and what its convinced us we need but is killing us slowly.
